Deliveries of our packages are made without a signature. During checkout, you can add a signature for $5 if your order is less than $299. Orders $299+ will all be shipped with a Signature Included.

The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If an order is refused due to customs fees, the customer remains responsible for the cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the refund once the order is returned and processed.
