Deliveries of our packages are made without a signature. During checkout, you can add a signature for $5 if your order is less than $299. Orders $299+ will all be shipped with a Signature Included.

Responsibility: Boutique Deauville ships from Canada and is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If an order is refused due to customs fees, the customer remains responsible for the cost of shipping. This amount will be deducted from the refund once the order is returned and processed.
